Welcome to our new Executive Director - Noreen B. Carpenter

I have lived in San Angelo for the past 8 years.  My husband Tom and I retired here from Connecticut.  I have done other volunteer work with the Concho Valley Girl's Home and much more.  When I heard the job description for this position, I felt an immediate match.  My past includes working as a non-profit accountant, working with two other scholarship boards, girl scouts, being the director of my own childcare business and so much more. I look forward to working with community members as the foundation continues to grow and  achieve the goals of academic grants to teachers as well as awarding scholarships to graduating seniors of SAISD schools.
